Who we are

American Home Centers was founded in Belgrade, MT in 2008 by 20-year industry veteran Ian Taylor, CEO. Nine years later, American Home Centers is providing manufactured and modular homes throughout Montana and Wyoming to hundreds of happy homeowners from 3 locations in Belgrade, Billings, and Helena. Each location has a 6-home display and is a full-service dealership.

Financing

The American Home Centers sales team are experts in facilitating the financing of both manufactured and modular homes, including government programs such as V.A. or FHA loans, and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans.

The service team at American Home Centers oversees and ensures the completion of manufactured and modular homes upon leaving the factory. The team guides each customer in site preparation and coordinates delivery, installation, warranty, and service repairs on the homes.
